1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BroNote ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BroNote is a cloud-synced note-taking web application. We provide the tools to create, edit, store, and analyze plain-text and markdown notes. The service relies on Google Firebase for authentication and database storage.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

You retain full ownership of the content you create. However, you agree not to use the App to:

Store or distribute illegal, abusive, or explicitly malicious content.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or hack the App's infrastructure or Firebase backend.
Use automated scripts or bots to spam the database, which may incur unwarranted cloud costs.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the integrity of the App.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

BroNote is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to keep your data secure via Google Cloud/Firebase, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely immune to data loss. You are highly encouraged to use the built-in "Download Backup" feature regularly.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the creators of BroNote, TinTools Solutions, or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, resulting from your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after changes implies your consent to the new terms.
